What is a Fuel Card?
Fuel cards work like a bank or store card but for buying fuel. You’ll get a PIN and card to buy on credit and pay a single invoice for all your transactions each week.
How do I pay for fuel with a Fuel Card?
You can only pay with your fuel card at the till by swiping the card and entering the pin. Our fuel card is not accepted by ‘Pay at Pump’ terminals. Your transaction will be logged on your account and added to your next weekly invoice.
How do I save with Fuel Card?
You can view your Standard Diesel price for this week in the banner at the top of our website ‘link to banner’. The fuel prices are updated weekly based on the current Platts pricing that week.
How do I view my invoices?
With your Fuel Card, you get access to an online account management portal, Radius Velocity. You can access, download and manage all your invoices and statements in an easy-to-use app on your mobile.
What happens after I apply?
UK Fuels will process your application, if you are successful, your Fuel Card will be issued. This process can take up to 5 working days.
Can I buy petrol with my Fuel Card?
Yes, you can use your Fuel Card to purchase petrol and save 2 ppl across UK Fuel sites.
Can I use my Fuel Card at a supermarket?
Yes, you can use your Fuel Card at Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons but not Asda. However, the discounted rate does not apply at the supermarket stations, you will be charged pump price.
Can I use my Bolst Fuel Card to purchase premium fuel?
Yes, you can use your Bolst Fuel Card to purchase premium fuel, including both premium diesel and super unleaded. However, please note that due to our pricing agreements, premium fuel is billed at 10% above the pump price.
Where can I use my Fuel Card?
You can use your fuel cards across all UK Fuels affiliated sites and at participating BP, Esso and Shell sites in the UK. To find nearest fuel station that accept your fuel card, use e-route, an innovative fuel station finder https://www.erouteonline.com/v7/ukfuels/ or download in your mobile app store.
What are the benefits of getting Fuel Card with Bolst?

How do I pay for my invoice?
Statements are issued every Tuesday afternoon for the week cycle Monday to Sunday. The Direct Debit will be taken the following Monday. Example: 1. You fill up your car on the 14/01/2025, 2. Your statement will be issued in Radius Velocity app on the 21/01/2025 3. Your Direct Debit will be taken on the 27/01/2025 You get 13 days to pay for your fuel.
What happens if my application is declined?
If your application is declined, UK Fuels can offer you a pre-paid Fuel Card. With a Pre-paid Fuel Card, you can load money onto your card and enjoy the same discounts.
What else can I buy with Fuel Card?
In addition to fuel, you can also purchase goods sold outside the garage like Ad Blue or Screen wash. The goods sold inside the garage are not included in the Fuel Card offer.
How do I find fuel stations that accept my Fuel Card?
To find your nearest filling stations, you can use E-route, innovative fuel station finder. You can download E-route app on your mobile and find fuel station near your location or along your route.
Where can I see my fuel discount?
When you pay for your fuel, the discount will not show on your receipt, it will show the pump price but that is not what you will be charged. You will view your transactions with applicable discount on the Radius Velocity app.
