How to Delete Your Account
We understand that circumstances change, and you may want to delete your account.
We are still required to keep some of your data in line with HMRC regulations.
Follow these steps to delete your account securely and permanently:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Open the app and log in using your credentials.

Ensure you are using the account you wish to delete.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Tap on your My Profile button located at the bottom right corner of the app.

Step 3: Find the Account Deletion Option

Scroll to the Privacy & Security section.

Look for Delete Account and tap on it.
Step 4: Confirm Your Decision

Read the information presented on the account deletion page, including:

What happens to your data.
-
Irreversible actions after deletion.

If you're certain, confirm the acceptance by tapping the checkbox and Delete Account.
Additional Information

Deleting your account is permanent, and you will lose access to your data, settings, and history. Also, your account means we won't be able to process any further payments.
