By submitting details of your friends and family, you’re confirming that you have gained their consent to share their email and phone number.​

We will use their email to send them an invite to register for Bolst.​

​

We will only use their mobile number to contact them if they have problems registering for Bolst.​

Friends and family Competition Terms and Conditions  

​

1. Eligibility 

The competition is open to all employees of: 

  • Indigo Platform Ltd 

  • The Indigo Group 

  • Indigo partner companies  

​

who have received an official invitation to participate. 

To qualify for the competition, participants must be current employees and must use a valid work email address and contact number when completing the registration form to refer friends and family.

2. How to Enter 

Employees can refer an unlimited number of friends and family to download and register the Bolst app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 

Each referral must include: 

  • The referring employee’s work email address 

  • The referring employee’s contact number 

  • Friends and family must complete the full registration process on the app for the referral to count.

3. Competition Period 

The competition is live from 04.08.25 and will run until 30.09.25. 

The winner will be chosen by the Bolst Marketing Team following the competition’s end date.

4. How to Win 

The winner will be the employee whose referred users demonstrate the highest combined volume of registration and meaningful engagement. 

Engagement is defined by one or more of the following actions taken by the referred individual: 

  • Applying for a UK Fuel Card 

  • Using the UK Fuel Card  

  • Purchasing a gift card through the My Discounts section either for themselves or for someone else  

  • Regular and consistent usage of the app

5. Winner Selection 

The Bolst Marketing Team will review all qualifying entries and assess engagement activity through app usage data. 

The team will select one winner based on the quantity and quality of referred user engagement. 

All decisions made by the Bolst Marketing Team are final.

6. General Terms 

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Bolst reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any employee who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the competition. 

​

No cash alternative to any prize is available. 

​

Bolst may, at its discretion, amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice. 

​

Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Indigo privacy policy.
