Why is Bolst necessary for me to get notifications?
Bolst is our new mobile platform that has been designed to be “contractor-first” and we are in the process of moving our services to you into Bolst while retiring other systems.
While Bolst is completely optional and free to download, all future messages to contractors will come via the Bolst app.
Why are we making this change?
We’re reducing the amount of systems we maintain and using one system - Bolst - for contractor communications. This will make our messages to you more effective. Bolst supports SMS, Mobile Push notifications and Email messaging to suit your preferences.
Will this effect how and when I get paid?
No. The only change is to the SMS message you currently receive, which will stop being sent in the coming weeks.
